Roland Pingree

Senior Solicitor

Roland has been working in litigation since qualification and has specialised in property related disputes since 2008.  Roland joined KDL Law as a Senior Solicitor in March 2025 having been Partner and Head of Property Litigation at his previous firm.

Roland has experience in all elements of residential leasehold and property management for landlords and resident management companies. He has advised parties on many different disputes including service charge claims, proceedings for access, disrepair and breach of covenant in both the Courts and the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals.
