Gemmalucy Smith

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Gemmalucy joined the experts at KDL Law in May 2022 as a Litigation Executive. She has been working within the legal profession since 2005 and is currently a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2025.

Having worked both within the County Court and for private practice, Gemmalucy’s legal career has always been within the field of litigation and, latterly, with a debt and landlord and tenant emphasis. Gemmalucy’s latest experience has been working with a specialist property litigation firm and she now looks to hone that expertise by joining KDL Law.

Gemmalucy brings much to the KDL Law team, working under Kevin Lever, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in tenancy termination and contested possession claims. Her value is enhanced by her experience in contested debt related claims and the enforcement of judgments obtained for clients.
