Amy joined KDL Law in December 2024 and is another very experienced specialist to the team.

Amy has spent 10 years at a large property litigation firm in the North West specialising in providing legal services to the residential property management sector advising landlords, management companies, professional managing agents and those that have acquired the right to manage their buildings.

Amy joins the complex team and will be assisting clients and agents with all aspects of disputed service charge and rent cases, advice in respect of other non monetary breaches, contractual and statutory compliance and representation in both the Courts and the Tribunal.

Amy has particular expertise in forfeiture matters.
