In some cases, but certainly not all, a dispute can only be settled by reference to a Court or Tribunal for a ruling on the correct legal position.  As experts and specialists in residential property management and enforcement, we have extensive experience in matters issued in or heard before the Court or Tribunal service.

Accordingly, whether or not the claim has been commenced by KDL Law or we are asked to assist following the filing of a claim by the property owner against our client in either the Court or Tribunal, we can assist in preparing for and representing the client at hearings or negotiating settlement prior to ruling by the Court or Tribunal.

Our advice is always that any client should obtain legal advice at the earliest possible stage when faced with a dispute or potential legal proceedings by or against the them. Early advice will frequently save significant (and often avoidable) costs later.
